In all seriousness - as creatives we are totally here for our pope speaking out about AI. While we aren't totally against it ourselves in very limited capacity for specific scenarios (and used as a legitimate tool and not as a vehicle leading to laziness.) We can agree on one thing.

AI 'art' is NOT Art. It has no place in our Churches, sanctuaries, Catholic schools & events etc. It in no way can replace real human hands using their God given gifts to prayerfully create stunning pieces that glorify the Lord. It is an incredibly cheap imitation at best and wildly harmful at worst.
